Subscription Form

This form is not meant to be invasive, but to collect some basic demographic information, to ensure that all subscribers meet the initial requirements for subscription, and to familiarize all subscribers with Lightspeed's Terms of Subscription.   When you are added to Lightspeed, your e-mail address, full name, and chapter affiliation or region will be placed in your subscription "header." All other information will be kept confidential by the Listowner.

Terms of Subscription

By completing and returning this subscription form I certify that:

1. The required information I have provided below is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
2. I am an official member of Integrity (or of an independent Canadian, Australian, or African Integrity chapter or of any organization of LGBT Anglicans) and my payment of annual dues is current.
3. I support the full inclusion of openly lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the Episcopal/Anglican Church and their equal access to its rites.
4. I agree that I will not disclose information about any Lightspeed subscriber to any nonsubscriber without the permission of the subscriber concerned.
5. I agree that I will not forward Lightspeed messages to other lists, or disclose in any manner the contents of Lightspeed messages to anyone outside the list, without the permission of those subscribers who are referenced in the message.
6. I agree that I will not post messages that are abusive toward other subscribers, that are of a commercial nature, or that are disruptive to the list.
7. I understand that Lightspeed is a privately maintained venue, that the Listowner decides who does and does not qualify for membership, and I recognize that the Listowner is the final arbiter in all matters affecting the list.
8. I agree to be temporarily or permanently unsubscribed from Lightspeed (at the Listowner's discretion) if I violate these Terms of Subscription.
