Thanks for your interest in serving as an Integrity network coordinator!  If you haven't already, please read the Handbook for Diocesan Network Coordinators, then complete the application below.  When you click the Submit button, your application will be e-mailed to your regional vice president for consideration.  If your regional vice president does not reply in a timely manner, feel free to follow up with him or her by telephone or e-mail.

If your application is approved, please note that your contact information will appear on Integrity's public list of network coordinators and you will be subscribed to Integrity's private e-mail list for network coordinators.
